Shawnee, Okla. -- The Mid-America Christian University Evangels men's golf squad finished fourth today (Sept. 29) at the SGU Cavalier Classic at the Shawnee Country Club in Shawnee, Okla.
Tournament host St. Gregory's University took home the title with an overall score of 289-290-579, nine strokes ahead of second-place Murray State College.
The Evangels recorded a team score of 319-305-624, led by Ryan Jake Reddington's 75-73-148 that was good for ninth overall.
Nathan Chadd was next for MACU at tied for 17th overall with a score of 81-73-154. Wilson Prada was 20th overall (77-80-157), Jerry Miller tied for 29th (86-79-165) and Austin Davis was 34th (93-81-174).
Next up for the Evangels is the NCCAA Regional on Oct. 5 at Hillcrest C.C. in Bartlesville, Okla.
