OKLAHOMA CITY -- Mid-America Christian University volleyball student-athletes Hannah Luedtke, Jenny Pratt and Larissa Runyan have each been announced as a College of Sports Information Director of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District IV college division winners, the organization recently announced.
By winning this award, the MACU trio has now advanced to the Academic All-America ballot.
To be eligible for this honor, the student-athlete must maintain a minimum 3.3 grade-point average, be at least a sophomore athletically and competed in at least a 50 percent of their team's athletic contests.
Luedtke has a perfect 4.0 grade-point-average in Business Administration/Psychology. Pratt is maintaining a solid 3.96 GPA in Mathematics, while Runyan has also recorded a perfect 4.0 GPA in English.
The Lady Evangels were well represented in this division, winning three of the seven District IV awards overall.
MACU, 15-13 overall under third-year head coach Mike Freeman, are set to play at East Central University tomorrow night (Nov. 10) at 7 p.m. in Ada, Okla. before competing in the NCCAA Central Regional tournament next week.
