OKLAHOMA CITY – Through the first half hour of their home opening match, the Mid-America Christian University women's soccer team had experienced little offensive success in the month of September. From that point on, the Evangels found their rhythm, and the goals came quickly.
MACU (2-3) trailed 1-0 in the 33rd minute, when Allyson Pamplin scored to tie it, opening the floodgates for the Evangels who rallied to beat the Paul Quinn College Tigers (2-3) 4-1 on Friday afternoon.
